Appeals Submission Guide

Registered dealers aggrieved by the Registrar of Regulated Dealer’s (the “Registrar”) decision to impose conditions of registration under section 9(1) of the Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing) Act 2019 (“PSPM Act”) can submit an appeal to the Minister of Law no later than the 14^th day after the date the registered dealer is notified of the imposition of the conditions of registration.

Registered dealers can follow the following step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Proceed to https://acd.mlaw.gov.sg.

Step 2: Click onto the Regulated Dealers Tab to access E-Services.

Step 3: Click on to the link stated on the directory for Submission of Appeals.

Step 4: Under the Main Category, select "Precious Stones and Precious Metals Dealers Matter" and then select "Appeal" for the Sub-Category.

Step 5: Submit the appeal after all the information has been filled up in sections 2, 3 and 4.
