Singapore’s 2026 Mutual Evaluation Report

FATF has published its peer evaluation report on Singapore, affirming that Singapore maintains a robust and effective framework for combating money laundering (ML), terrorism financing (TF), and proliferation financing (PF).

Dear Regulated Dealer,

The Financial Action Task Force (“FATF”) published a peer evaluation report of Singapore, which strongly affirmed that Singapore has a robust and effective framework and process to counter money-laundering (“ML”), terrorism financing (“TF”) and proliferation financing (“PF”).

Regulated dealers may refer to the press release jointly published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), the Ministry of Home Affairs (“MHA”), and the Ministry of Finance (“MOF”).

The published report is available on the FATF website. The report has also been uploaded at the ACD website in the “Compliance” section, under “AML/CFT/CPF Resources”.
