The Ministry of Law ("MinLaw") has developed the Information and Guidance on Countering the Financing of Terrorism (“CFT”) (attached) in conjunction with the Ministry of Home Affairs ("MHA") to raise regulated dealers’ awareness and understanding of:

i. Your key (non-exhaustive) obligations and information to note under the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (“TSOFA”) and other applicable recommendations, legislation and rules;

ii. Terrorism Financing (“TF”) National Risk Assessment and CFT National Strategy;

iii. Maintaining robust CFT controls for your business;

iv. TF red flag indicators; and

v. Other useful CFT resources.
