The Ministry of Law (“MinLaw”) has published the ACD Enforcement Report 2021 - 2024 (“the Report”) to provide a snapshot of the enforcement activities undertaken by Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism Division ("ACD") between 2021 and 2024. The Report also elucidates ACD’s general enforcement principles and some of our priorities moving forward.
